Individual shops using ShopApna may have their own privacy practices for their customers and are responsible for their own store-level compliance.

Depending on how you use ShopApna, we may collect:

• Merchant and account information, including name, business name, mobile number, email address, login credentials, role, permissions, and shop profile details.
• Business information such as shop name, address, catalog, products, inventory, pricing, offers, staff users, payment settings, delivery settings, and support preferences.
• Customer and order information processed on behalf of merchants, including customer contact details, delivery information, cart, order history, support messages, and payment status.
• Payment onboarding and transaction metadata needed to enable gateways, verify accounts, calculate fees, support disputes, and maintain financial records.
• Device, log, IP address, browser, cookie, session, usage, diagnostic, and security information.
• Communications sent to us by email, WhatsApp, phone, forms, support chat, demos, surveys, or social media.

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve ShopApna, including to:

• Create and manage merchant accounts, storefronts, admin panels, catalogs, orders, payments, delivery options, and support workflows.
• Authenticate users, assign roles, prevent unauthorized access, detect fraud, debug issues, and maintain service reliability.
• Process billing, subscriptions, invoices, service notices, payment gateway onboarding, and transaction-related records.
• Send operational messages, order notifications, support updates, demo follow-ups, product announcements, and marketing communication where permitted.
• Analyze service usage, improve features, develop automation, train support processes, and understand merchant needs.
• Comply with applicable law, enforce agreements, respond to lawful requests, protect rights, and resolve disputes.

We process information where it is necessary to perform a contract, provide requested services, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business interests, prevent misuse, or where consent is required and provided. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, subject to legal and contractual limitations.
